I love riding through and around this State Park! The bike paths wind in and out and all around the two lakes and the campground. While I was riding my bike on the trails around the lakes, I was whisked back to the childhood memory of myself riding with the ‘freedom of the wind’ on my face. Out n about, people to see, animals to photograph and landscapes to preserve into PhotoScape Memories.

Found these Carp splashing around in the shallows of this swampy area. Not sure if they were breeding, laying eggs or just having a great ‘bath-time’. Lots of carp, and some were really big. It’s amazing what a person can see when one s-l-o-w-s – d-o-w-n!
